Enjoying togetherness - eMag Interview (2)

For years now, ti communication has been working as a partner and provider for intercultural training and coaching for Infineon Technologies AG. In order to make its employees aware of available training courses and to show why intercultural training is worthwhile, Infineon is publishing a series of interviews with our trainers in its own employee magazine. The series "Cultures, Communication and Clichés" addresses the challenges, country-specific clichés and traps of intercultural communication. Personal Resilience in Project Managers – A Practical Example

Personal Resilience in Project Managers – A Practical Example
Burnout Spirale englisch final

While I primarily wrote about resilience techniques in project and pre-project phases in my last blog, today I’d like to turn to personal resilience in project managers. As I’ve already mentioned, a study conducted by the GPM e.V., the German Project Management Association, in cooperation with the Centre for Disease Management (CFDM) in 2014, demonstrated that burnout symptoms occur considerably more frequently in project managers who were surveyed than in employees of other occupations. Our collaboration with Infineon Technologies AG

Our collaboration with Infineon Technologies AG

To optimise international cooperation, ti communication has designed intercultural training courses for Infineon that are especially tailored to the needs of its employees. International projects run more smoothly, less stressfully, more focused and thus considerably more rapidly. The training sessions and workshops are conducted on site in various languages throughout the world, including several in Asia and the USA. In order to make its employees aware of available training courses and to show why intercultural training is worthwhile, Infineon is publishing a series of interviews with our trainers in its own employee magazine. The series "Cultures, Communication and Stereotypes" addresses the challenges, country-specific clichés and traps of intercultural communication. The first interview is with our trainer Michelle Cummings-Koether.

It's "World Day for Cultural Diversity" on May 21!

Cultural Diversity – a universal human legacy

This year, UNESCO is highlighting this topic with its "World Day for Cultural Diversity, for Dialogue and Development" on 21 May. In doing so, UNESCO is once again calling for the preservation of cultural diversity. The ti communication team is also interested in making its mark within the context of the "World Day for Cultural Diversity, for Dialogue and Development". By joining the Charter of Diversity, we are able to follow the corporate initiative, supported by German Chancellor Angela Merkel, in which the primary goal is to promote diversity within companies. The motivation behind these efforts is to define values such as acceptance and appreciation with which to create a corporate culture free from prejudice.
